Things to know before departure
In high season (from May to the beginning of September), afternoon high speed return ferries can get very crowded. We recommend buying your ticket in advance.
From the Sorrento port, you can reach the center of town and the Circumvesuviana station on foot (by climbing about 100 steps), with the bus, or with the elevator.
